proud of their service record and reputation. In my experience,
every other high end company should strive to reach their level
of excellence.
I've seen postings here of some people worried about problems
with newly manufactured panels, but they should be rest assured
that Magnepan WILL effectively deal with any problems any customers
encounter. I've even seen them do warranty repairs on things which
were clearly not their fault.
Maggie has been busy, and from what I've heard, even if a
product is backordered, they ship BEFORE the estimated delivery date.
If your waiting on a pair, be comforted by the fact that odds are,
they will be there as soon as possible for them. I've never personally
heard of an instance of the dreaded "double-backorder".
I, for one, have always been nothing but impressed with Magnepans
quality and desire to please.
